Use a dice mat or dice box when rolling them: these specially designed surfaces protect your dice from extensive wear. If the dice require more thorough cleaning, put a small amount of mild soap on a wet paper towel, work into a lather, then gently wipe your dice and rinse in cool water. Dry immediately with a non-abrasive towel. You should only need to do this very rarely.

More Gear for Your Adventure
I recently started playing D&D and my kids gave me a metal dice set from Dice Dungeons as a gift. I have loved the feel of the heavy, well-crafted dice ever since. I have since bought two more sets, to include the primordial copper set. Another players and the DM have commented on the great looks at these particular dice. Dice Dungeons' metal dice are the only ones I use now, and have three sets.
I bought these dice a long time ago and used them as my primary dice for multiple campaigns. The aged effect on the alloy faded after a while. I used them in a 2d6 rpg system called Monster of the Week, and it is very clear that the d6 was the most used especially when comparing it to the d100. I don't see myself purchasing another set. I think everyone should buy a set of metal dice just to have. Not sure if I would 100% recommend this one. I'd probably push someone towards the regular metallic grey colored ones just because after a while knowing that these are not genuine copper started to annoy me; however, that is just me. I care about genuineness in materials. Otherwise, these have been fun, and I don't regret the purchase.
I was looking for an antique dice set and these are just what I wanted. Dice are just as described/pictured with very easy to read numbering.
