Products

Our metal dice are made of a zinc alloy.
We recommend our battle maps be hand washed with mild soap in warm water, and let them hang dry. The maps can be easily flattened by putting them under a towel, then ironing the towel (the pass through heat releases any creases).
We are constantly working on new dice and restocking current models. If you would like to be notified of a product arriving back in stock - you can now request an email from the product page. We also send out periodic email with our newsletter when larger stock arrives come in.

Services:

Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, are processed and ready to ship within 1 business days. Standard shipping can typically take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your proximity to the shipping location. If your delivery time is over a holiday, please add an additional day for delivery. All standard ground delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you need your order more quickly, you may select Expedited Shipping in your shopping cart (availability dependent on your location). As long as the items you’re ordering are in stock, the order will be prioritized in our system and ship with an expidited service - typically arriving in 2-3 business days. Inclement weather may cause unexpected shipping delays.

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We ship all around the world.

During high volume months we may disable direct international shipping (outside the US) for a limited time. Please contact us if you are unable to purchase and we will do our best to ensure that we get you what you need - wherever you are.

Customs: Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually gauge. We charge international fee's in relation to your location as well as the total weight of your package, but any additional fees have to be taken up with customs in your country.

If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with your Dice Dungeons order, we will gladly issue you a refund. All we ask is that you send us a quick message on why it didn’t meet your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve our product.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all order summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
