What are your metal dice made of?
Our metal dice are made from zinc alloy. They are cast for a satisfying weight, clean look, and reliable feel at the table.
What is the best way to care for my RPG battle maps?
We recommend hand washing BattleCloth Maps with mild soap and warm water, then letting them hang dry. To flatten creases, place the map under a towel and iron the towel. The pass-through heat helps release creases without direct heat on the map.
How often do you restock dice?
We are constantly working on new dice and restocking current designs. If a product is out of stock, check the product page for a back-in-stock email option. We also send newsletter updates when larger restocks arrive.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders placed before 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, are processed and ready to ship within 1 business day.
Standard shipping typically takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on your proximity to the shipping location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays and weather may add extra time.
If you need your order more quickly, you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout when available. Expedited orders are prioritized and typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days after shipping.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can before the order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship around the world.
During high-volume periods, we may briefly disable direct international shipping outside the United States while we review available inventory. If you are unable to place an international order, contact us and we will do our best to help.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees vary by location and are not controlled by Dice Dungeons.

Dice Dungeons is based in Baltimore, Maryland. We are an online store and do not currently have a physical retail location.

How do I return an item or receive a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your Dice Dungeons order, contact us and let us know what happened. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
How do I order a gift for someone?
When ordering a gift, enter your email address so you receive the order confirmation, then enter the recipient’s name and shipping address during checkout.
We keep prices and receipts out of the package. We also offer electronic gift cards.
