365 Day Returns

At Dice Dungeons, we take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship of each and every item. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 365 days.

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage or defect; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Please notify us of any damage withing 15 days or receiving the item. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, you may return your undamaged purchase for a refund of the merchandise value not including shipping.

Dice Dungeons will pay the return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, if the item has any manufacturing defects, or is not the product that was ordered. You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired, or if the wrong product was ordered.

How do I Return or Exchange an Order?

To return an item, email us at and we will be happy to assist you. 

Our policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products (digital downloads)

Return Processing Time

It may take up to 5 days after we receive the return to check it into our system. For faster processing of your exchange or store credit please email us at and send the tracking number of the return. If you want a refund, you'll have to wait until the item is received back.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, depending on the item. Please contact us to verify. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
